excellent stay
helpful staff convenient location wide variety
i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to the beach and shopping areas was quite convenient. i particularly enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options.
i noticed some areas needing more thorough housekeeping, specifically marks on mirrors and glass surfaces. also, the wifi signal was intermittent and rather slow at times. this impacted my ability to work remotely.

there are three different pools available offering swim-up bars, which i found to be a nice addition. the location is accessible and nearby shops and activities are plentiful. it made exploring the area quite easy.

the room itself was quite spacious and included modern amenities in proper working order. the air conditioning and mini-bar functioned well and the bathroom offered a clean bathtub and toilet. i appreciated these features.

I loved how many pools there were. I could always find a spot. rooms were recently renovated. i stayed in a sunset pool view room and it was huge. the bed mattress, wow. it gave fantastic value!
the exterior of the resort looks quite dated.

The staff at the sunset beer cafe were friendly, especially nichamon songsamer. Her service was amazing. the team greeted us with hugs and smiles, how amazing!

Rooms are spacious and super clean with comfortable beds. my upgraded room had a sea and pool view from building number 5. Thank you front desk. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The room was superb and spotlessly clean. I found it provided a comfortable space to unwind. Its proximity to the pool and other facilities was very convenient. The staff always provided prompt help, maintaining a cheerful disposition throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, perfect for morning laps in relative solitude..
The room I booked had connecting doors to another room. The noise from neighboring guests disturbed my sleep.

The hotel provided several activities, including yoga, pilates, a gym, bowling, and billiards. The massage, spa, and sauna added to the relaxation options available. The two pools were well-kept, and it was a short walk to the beach.

Breakfast offered decent variety and options. It included a soup station. I customized a vegetarian Thai curry for my wife on request. The food menu was reasonably priced.

The staff upgraded our room from a beautiful to a family suite. They provided very attentive and polite assistance. Their willingness to help enhanced our stay. The reception staff was helpful.

spacious rooms ideal location dirty pool thick slime
the rooms were spacious. the location was ideal and close to the beach.
the pool water was dirty and the edges of the pool had thick slime. black mold was also present. it was not a pleasant experience.
