i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to the beach and shopping areas was quite convenient. i particularly enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options.

i noticed some areas needing more thorough housekeeping, specifically marks on mirrors and glass surfaces. also, the wifi signal was intermittent and rather slow at times. this impacted my ability to work remotely.

there are three different pools available offering swim-up bars, which i found to be a nice addition. the location is accessible and nearby shops and activities are plentiful. it made exploring the area quite easy.

I loved how many pools there were. I could always find a spot. rooms were recently renovated. i stayed in a sunset pool view room and it was huge. the bed mattress, wow. it gave fantastic value!

The room was superb and spotlessly clean. I found it provided a comfortable space to unwind. Its proximity to the pool and other facilities was very convenient. The staff always provided prompt help, maintaining a cheerful disposition throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, perfect for morning laps in relative solitude..

The room I booked had connecting doors to another room. The noise from neighboring guests disturbed my sleep.
