I had a fantastic time at the hotel, which is perfectly situated just across from Patong Beach, making it super convenient for beach walks and pool relaxation. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean, but the breakfast options could use some improvement. The variety of activities at the pool and the friendly entertainers made the stay energizing and fun. While the prices for some dining options were on the higher side, overall it was a great experience with a good value for money.

Overall, my experience at the resort was quite mixed. While the location is excellent, right across from the beach and near some nice restaurants, there were several drawbacks. The rooms had a damp smell, and noise from the outdoor entertainment made it hard to sleep. The staff at the kids' club were fantastic, but the overall service felt a bit impersonal. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and relaxation.
